Great apartment to share in a three storied building with elevator and automatized garage.
20 minute drive to UNAM, 10 minute walk to Churubusco and Coyoacán area. 5 minutes away from Tlalpan Avenue and Eje Central.

The flat has 2 rooms which overlook a quiet street with trees and bird sung every morning.

There´s also a balcony with afternoon sunshine.

You would have your own bathroom and a covered parking spot . You´d share the kitchen and the rest of the apartment. I´m open to have you furnished the room if you´re long staying. The room is available either for short stays or longer terms, depending on each individual situation.

It will be available in the last week of February.
Building maintenance, water, electricity, gas, internet and two day cleaning are included.
